Office Location and Hours:
The office is located at 212 Apollo Beach Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL. 33572. The office is currently closed to walk-ins, but we are available by phone at: 813-333-1047 Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. 
 

 

Meetings:
Town Hall/ Board Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday (6:00 PM) of every other month at the Clubhouse.

 

The Annual Homeowner's meeting is held in November on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM

 

Assessments:
The monthly HOA fee is currently $230.00. Assessments are due on the first of each month. Assessments received after the 5th of the month are subject to a $25.00 late fee. All homeowners at Alexander Woods Townhomes are required to pay their assessments.
